Hi, It's really not going to happen. Canavero has little to no proof the procedure will work. The most he has done is a "head transplant" on a corpse and who knows what the repercussions would be on a living person. He is being bashed by the medical community and I think everyone agrees it's too unethical to proceed. I will try to search for that information on google, thanks. It's unethical on the one hand, but imagine, how helpful can it be for some people. Still, I feel that the surgery is extremely risky and not so easy to be discussed. Lets see what will happen ,My personal belief is that the first patient he operates on will quickly die, which is probably preferable, because if the head lives, it will be a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic. And that's just month 1. Most organs suffer chronic rejection despite modern immunosuppressive therapy. No one has any idea what rejection of the brain looks like. Imagine being a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic, slowly going insane from moth-eaten frontal cortex as your new body ravages you with immune rejection. Have you read "I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream"? Thanks! For more details: Company Overview Video
