Hi, Their final word was "Sorry, we can’t help you, TigerAirline itself failed to update them.” I would have appreciated at least they would have offered and tried to book alternative airline for me on the spot. On top of that knowing all this story they even failed to update me about change in schedule of the return flight (which was four days later from departure day). I lost one day of my planed tour which lead subsequently change in my tour plan. For More Details: Brand Marketing Video
