Questions for a preliminary diagnosis

Hi,


My neurologist thinks it's Parkinson's but is sending me to get and MRI and then to a movement specialist. Some questions I have in this preliminary stage are:



1) should I consider getting long term care insurance at this point



2) I'm a labor union worker- how careful should I be talking to my employer?



3) any other tests I can advocate for in this stage? Or questions I should be asking my doctors?
